Hereby declares the following products are produced under our companyās quality assurance system which complies with EN ISO13485:2016 quality management system requirements for medical devices.
Medical Ultrasound , ECG Machine , Defibrillator , ICU Ventilator , X Ray, Digital X ray, C Arm, 3D Digital C-arm system, Dental CBCT, Surgical C-arm System, Digital X-ray Radiography System, Mobile DR, Mammography System, Stationary X-ray System, Digital R&F System , Invitro Diagnostic Machine and Other Medical Equipment .

To ensure fully your use rights and interests on our products, please pay attention to the following notes:
Two Years Warranty
1. TRUTH BIOMEDICAL products come with 2 years warranty on main unit from the date of production. (X-ray machine with 14 months warranty). If any malfunction is caused by quality related problems within warranty period, the products can be repaired for free by TRUTH BIOMEDICAL.
2. TRUTH BIOMEDICAL will provide spare parts and support for the products for not less than 8 years from TRUTH BIOMEDICALās delivery.
3. TRUTH BIOMEDICAL will provide necessary upgrade during productsā service period as an added-value service to meet customerās requirements for function, application or performance. (Upgrade may not be applicable for some models)
4. For Under warranty service, TRUTH BIOMEDICAL will send replacement parts to customers after confirming the problem can be solved by replacing parts. The freight cost for sending the good replacement parts is borne by TRUTH BIOMEDICAL. After receiving and replacing with the good parts, customers should return the defective parts to TRUTH BIOMEDICAL under our shipment instruction.
5. For Out of warranty service, TRUTH BIOMEDICAL will advise service charge with cost price and provide a proforma invoice for payment transfer. After receiving the service charge, TRUTH BIOMEDICAL will repair and return the parts to the customer after the parts are repaired and tested to be in good working condition.
ExenciĆ³n de GarantĆa
1. El mal funcionamiento es causado por daƱo intencional, negligencia, uso inadecuado, incumplimiento de las
instrucciones de TRUTH BIOMEDICAL, uso incorrecto sin la aprobaciĆ³n de TRUTH BIOMEDICAL.
2. La etiqueta del nĆŗmero de serie original o las marcas de identificaciĆ³n del producto de TRUTH BIOMEDICAL han sido alteradas o eliminadas.
3. La garantĆa de 2 aƱos no se extiende a las piezas consumibles, accesorios, materiales de los equipos TRUTH BIOMEDICAL. Con respecto a la parte consumible, accesorio, material de los equipos, los clientes tambiĆ©n tienen derecho a beneficiarse con respecto a la garantĆa correspondiente proporcionada por TRUTH BIOMEDICAL.
4. Los productos o partes que no sean producidos por TRUTH BIOMEDICAL.
